Data deletion instructions

You can ask Nerd Post to delete data related to you or your business. Two steps you can take yourself right away, and a third request that we review.

1. Disconnect your accounts from your business’s website dashboard (its social connections page). This stops future sends, deletes stored platform tokens immediately, and asks the platform to revoke access where supported.
2. Remove Nerd Post in the platform’s settings: on Facebook/Instagram, Settings → Apps and websites → remove Nerd Post; on TikTok, Settings → Security & permissions → Apps and services. Nerd Post then treats the connection as revoked.
3. Submit a deletion request below. A person at Charlie’s Nerds reviews every request and may contact you to verify it. We do not delete client data automatically. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

If you used Facebook or Instagram and removed Nerd Post from Facebook settings, Meta may also send us a deletion notice; we log it and handle it the same way, with a confirmation code.
